This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid FateWheel Pro subscriptions. The free version of FateWheel remains free to use and is not affected by this policy.

Billing and Payment Processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer billing, payment processing, and tax. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and your payment receipt is issued by Paddle.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with FateWheel Pro. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of the initial purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Renewals

FateWheel Pro is a recurring subscription that renews automatically (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose) until cancelled. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel before your renewal date.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or via the link in any Paddle payment receipt. When you cancel, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be billed again. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. We also reserve the right to consider refund requests outside the standard window on a case-by-case basis.
