Use of Service

FateWheel provides tools for creating customizable spinner wheels and for picking random winners from social media comments. A free tier is available to everyone, and an optional paid subscription ("FateWheel Pro") unlocks additional features and higher limits. You may use the Service for personal, educational, business, and giveaway purposes. You agree to use the Service responsibly and not for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

You agree not to:

Use the Service to distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

FateWheel Pro is offered as a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually. Our order process and all billing are conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, whose buyer terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or your Paddle receipt, and you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time; any change will apply to future billing periods only. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

User Content

You are responsible for the content (e.g., text entries, wheel titles, descriptions) you add to the wheels you create. Content is stored locally in your browser and, when you choose to save or share wheels, on our servers. Shared wheels are accessible via their unique link, and wheels submitted to the public gallery are visible to all users.

By submitting content to the public gallery, you grant FateWheel a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting or unpublishing your wheel.

Accounts and Authentication

Certain features, such as saving and sharing wheels, require you to sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. FateWheel is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FateWheel.com and its licensors. The FateWheel name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written consent.

FateWheel is a free service supported by advertising revenue. We may display advertisements from third-party networks (such as Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or the practices of third-party websites linked from them. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Use of the Service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
